TEAM NOTES
- Against the Jaguars, three players made their Titans debuts: defensive back Kendall Brooks, offensive lineman Arlington Hambright and tight end David Martin-Robinson. Brooks and Martin-Robinson appeared in their first NFL game.
- Tight end David Martin-Robinson became the 11th rookie to appear in a game for the Titans this season.
- The Titans had two takeaways and did not commit a turnover. It was their second game of 2024 in which they won the turnover battle (Nov. 3 against New England).
- The Titans were assessed four penalties in the game, which was their second-lowest total of the season through 13 games (two against Green Bay on Sept. 22).
- The Titans won the time-of-possession battle for the eighth time in 2024, controlling the ball against the Jaguars for 31 minutes and 44 seconds.
TEAM NOTES – OFFENSE
- The Titans offense converted eight of its 16 third downs. The 50.0 percent rate was the best for the offense since converting 54.5 percent against the Jaguars in the 2023 season finale (Jan. 7, 2024).
- The Titans rushed for 126 yards, led by Tony Pollard's 102 rushing yards. The team recorded its ninth game of the season with at least 125 rushing yards.
- During the game's first series, the Titans opened the contest with eight consecutive rushing plays. Tony Pollard (six carries for 35 yards) and Tyjae Spears (two carries for nine yards) accounted for 44 yards on the drive, which ended with a field goal.
- Nick Folk's 46-yard field goal to cap the Titans' opening possession gave the Titans five scores in 2024 on opening drives (two field goals and three touchdowns).
TEAM NOTES – DEFENSE
- The 10 total points by the Jaguars were the fewest allowed by the Titans since the Carolina Panthers had 10 points against them on Nov. 26, 2023.
- The Titans defense allowed the Jaguars to rush for only 71 yards on 26 attempts for an average of 2.7 yards per carry. The rushing yardage total was the second-lowest by a Titans opponent in 2024 behind the 40 rushing yards by the Texans on Nov. 24.
- For the first time in 2024, the Titans did not allow their opponents to score in the first half. They had not shut out a team in the first half since doing so in a win at Indianapolis on Oct. 23, 2022.
- In the first half, the Titans defense allowed the Jaguars to rush for nine total yards on 10 attempts. It was the fewest rushing yards allowed in the first half by the Titans since allowing nine yards in the first half at Houston on Jan. 9, 2022.
CB CHIDOBE AWUZIE
- Returned from injured reserve to record his fourth start of the season at cornerback.
- Intercepted a Mac Jones pass in the first quarter to register his first interception of 2024 and his seventh career interception.
- Added three tackles.
DB KENDALL BROOKS
- Made his NFL debut on special teams.
CB JARVIS BROWNLEE JR.
- Ranked second on the team with nine tackles, including a tackle for loss. His nine tackles were a career high through 13 games as a rookie.
K NICK FOLK
- Made a 46-yard field goal to conclude the Titans' opening drive and added a 39-yarder in the third quarter.
- Made his 49th and 50th field goals on 52 attempts as a member of the Titans. He became the eighth player in franchise history to reach 50 field goals.
- Appeared in his 30th contest in a Titans uniform. His 96.2 percentage on field goals (50 of 52) with the Titans is the best of any NFL player in his first 30 games with a team since 1970 (minimum 30 games). His percentage exceeded the mark established by Robbie Gould, who made 95.8 percent of his attempts (68 of 71) in his first 30 contests with the San Francisco 49ers. The best previous percentage on field goals in a player's first 30 games with the Titans/Oilers was held by Ryan Succop, who made 86.5 percent of his attempts (32 of 37) at the beginning of his tenure in Tennessee from 2014 to 2015.
- Increased his all-time NFL-record streak to 85 consecutive field goals made on attempts from less than 40 yards.
- Ranks 14th in NFL history with 403 career field goals.
LB LUKE GIFFORD
- Started at inside linebacker, registering his second NFL start and his first of 2024.
- Led the defense and set a career high with 11 tackles, including a tackle for loss.
- Added a special teams tackle.
S AMANI HOOKER
- Finished third on the team with six tackles.
OLB HAROLD LANDRY III
- Totaled two tackles, including a stop of Mac Jones for no gain to record his seventh sack of the 2024 season.
- In improving his career total to 48.5 sacks, he moved past Robert Brazile (48.0) for eighth place in franchise history. Landry also owns the third-highest sack total for the team in its "Titans era" (1999–present), trailing only Jevon Kearse (52) and Jurrell Casey (51).
- Secured his fourth career season and his third consecutive season with at least seven sacks.
QB WILL LEVIS
- Completed 19 of 32 passes for 168 yards and no interceptions.
- Helped convert a third-and-one with a 23-yard pass to Josh Whyle in the second quarter.
- Found Calvin Ridley for a 30-yard gain in the fourth quarter.
- With 3,635 career passing yards, he passed Billy Volek (3,505) and Don Trull (3,538) for the 15th-most passing yards in franchise history.
TE DAVID MARTIN-ROBINSON
- Made his NFL debut.
WR BRYCE OLIVER
- Recorded a 15-yard reception in the second quarter.
RB TONY POLLARD
- Led the Titans with 102 rushing yards on 21 attempts (4.9 avg.) and added 22 yards on a pair of receptions.
- Logged his 10th career 100-yard rushing game and his third 100-yard rushing performance of 2024.
- Recorded his 22nd career 100-yard scrimmage game and his sixth 100-yard scrimmage game of 2024.
- Rushed for a 21-yard gain in the fourth quarter.
- Went over 6,000 scrimmage yards for his career (6,110).
LB OTIS REESE IV
- Registered his fourth career start and his first start of 2024.
- Totaled five tackles, one tackle for loss and one interception on defense.
- Led the team and set a career high with two special teams tackles.
- Credited with a seven-yard tackle for loss on a reverse in the second quarter.
- Ended a Jaguars drive late in the first half with his first career interception, picking off a deflected pass by Mac Jones.
WR CALVIN RIDLEY
- Led the offense with seven receptions and 59 receiving yards.
- Logged his 19th career game with seven or more receptions.
- Reached the 700-yard receiving mark in a season (738) for the fifth time in his career.
- Reached the 50-reception mark in a season (50) for the fifth time in his career.
- Registered a 30-yard catch in the fourth quarter, giving him three consecutive games with a reception of at least 30 yards.
- Registered his eighth consecutive game with a catch of at least 20 yards to extend his career-best streak, which is also the third-longest by a Titans player since the beginning of the 2000 campaign (12 by Delanie Walker, 2015-16; 10 by Kevin Dyson, 2001).
DT JEFFERY SIMMONS
- Totaled five tackles, one tackle for loss and one pass defensed.
RB TYJAE SPEARS
- Accounted for 21 rushing yards on six attempts and added a two-yard reception.
- Returned two kickoffs for 58 total yards, including a 33-yard return.
P RYAN STONEHOUSE
- Punted three times for a 47.7-yard gross average and a 45.0-yard net average.
- Credited with a punt inside the 20 on all three of his attempts.
WR NICK WESTBROOK-IKHINE
- Hauled in a 19-yard pass in the third quarter.
TE JOSH WHYLE
- Totaled 31 yards on a pair of receptions.
