TEAM NOTES
- Kicker Brayden Narveson and outside linebacker Khalid Duke became the 12th and 13th rookies to appear for the Titans in 2024.
- The Titans had a season-high 10 rookies play in the game at Indianapolis. The team used nine rookies in four previous games this season.
- The Titans were penalized four times, tying for their second-lowest total of the season.
TEAM NOTES – OFFENSE
- The Titans scored 30 points at Indianapolis. It was their third game of 2024 scoring at least 30 points after previously doing so at Miami on Sept. 30 (31 points) and at Houston on Nov. 24 (32 points).
- The Titans' 57 combined points over two weeks, which also included 27 against Cincinnati on Dec. 15, was the team's highest point total in a two-game span since scoring 62 points over the final two games of the 2021 campaign.
- The Titans' 15 points in the fourth quarter established a season high.
- In the second half, the Titans offense scored touchdowns on three consecutive possessions. It was the team's first time scoring touchdowns on three straight drives since doing so against Cincinnati on Oct. 1, 2023.
- The offense was successful on both of its two-point conversion attempts. The two successful two-point attempts tied a franchise single-game record and were the most for the team since scoring a pair of two-point conversions against the New York Jets on Sept. 10, 2006.
- The Titans offense converted five of its 11 attempts on third down for a 45.5 conversion percentage. It was the offense's third consecutive week with a conversion rate above 45.0 percent—the team's three best third-down rates of the season through 15 games.
- The offense scored touchdowns on all three of its possessions in the red zone. The unit increased its streak to seven consecutive touchdowns in the red zone after converting on all four of its chances in the previous game against Cincinnati.
TEAM NOTES – DEFENSE
- The Titans defense recorded its eighth interception in a five-game span. They went into the game with a league-best seven interceptions over the previous four weeks.
- The Titans defense registered its fifth consecutive game with at least one interception. It marked the team's longest such streak since a seven-game stretch from Sept. 25–Nov. 23, 2022.
WR TYLER BOYD
- Totaled 20 yards on two receptions.
- Converted a third-and-one with a 14-yard catch in the first quarter, leading to a Titans touchdown.
CB JARVIS BROWNLEE JR.
- Posted six tackles, including his seventh tackle for loss of the season.
LB CEDRIC GRAY
- Led the team with a career-high 11 tackles on defense.
- Also led the team with four special teams tackles.
- Became the NFL's second player since the start of the 2000 season with at least 10 tackles on defense and at least four tackles on special teams in the same game. The only other player to accomplish the feat in that span was Washington's Vernon Fox, who had 10 tackles on defense and six tackles on special teams at the St. Louis Rams on Dec. 24, 2006.
- Joined Luke Gifford (Oct. 20 at Buffalo) as the Titans' only players with four special teams tackles in a game in 2024.
- Became the NFL's eighth player overall in 2024 and the first rookie in 2024 with four or more special teams tackles in a game.
- Became the first Titans rookie with 11 tackles on defense in a game since Roger McCreary had 11 at Buffalo on Sept. 19, 2022.
S AMANI HOOKER
- Totaled five tackles and an interception.
- Intercepted a pass by Anthony Richardson in the first quarter and returned the ball 19 yards.
- Established a career high with his fifth interception of the season, eclipsing his previous best mark of four interceptions in 2020.
- Increased his career total to 12 interceptions.
- Became the NFL's first player in 2024 with at least five interceptions, two forced fumbles and 50 tackles on defense.
OLB HAROLD LANDRY III
- Tied for second on the team with eight tackles.
TE DAVID MARTIN-ROBINSON
- Gained six yards and a first down on his first NFL reception in the first quarter.
K BRAYDEN NARVESON
- Made his Titans debut.
- Made both of his extra point attempts and missed a 53-yard field goal attempt.
TE CHIG OKONKWO
- Led the offense with nine receptions and 81 receiving yards, establishing career highs in both categories.
- Scored on a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter. It was his second career two-point conversion.
- Became the third tight end in the franchise's "Titans era" to post eight or more receptions in consecutive games, joining Jared Cook (Dec, 18-24, 2011) and Delanie Walker (Dec. 27, 2015-Jan. 3, 2016).
- Became the team's first tight end with nine or more receptions in a game since Delanie Walker had nine catches against Green Bay on Nov. 13, 2016.
- Joined Calvin Ridley (10 receptions at Detroit on Oct. 27) as the only two Titans players with nine or more receptions in a game in 2024.
RB TONY POLLARD
- Recorded a team-high 35 rushing yards on eight carries and added five yards on two receptions.
- Converted a third-and-one with a 17-yard run in the first quarter. The run put him over the 1,000-yard mark for the season.
- Scored on a two-point conversion in the third quarter. It was his third career two-point conversion.
- By reaching 1,017 rushing yards in 2024, he established a new career high, eclipsing his previous mark of 1,007 rushing yards in 2022.
- Registered his third consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season.
- Became the franchise's 14th all-time player and the eighth player in its "Titans era" (1999 to present) to record a 1,000-yard rushing season.
- On his eighth and final rushing attempt of the game, he reached 1,000 career rushing attempts and joined 18 other active NFL players who previously reached the plateau.
WR CALVIN RIDLEY
- Caught three passes for 78 yards and a touchdown.
- Caught a 38-yard touchdown pass from Mason Rudolph in the first quarter. It was his 40th career touchdown reception and his fourth touchdown grab of 2024.
- Became the 21st active player with 5,000 receiving yards and 40 receiving touchdowns.
- Passed the 800-yard receiving mark (857) for the fifth season in his career.
- Logged 10th consecutive game with a catch of at least 20 yards to extend the best such streak of his career. He also tied Kevin Dyson 10 consecutive games in 2001) for the second-longest such streak by a Titans player since the beginning of the 2000 campaign behind the 12 games by Delanie Walker from 2015 to 2016.
QB MASON RUDOLPH
- Logged his fourth start of the season and the 17th start of his career.
- Completed 23 of 34 passes for 252 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions.
- Increased his season total to eight touchdown passes and increased his career total to 27 touchdown passes.
- Registered his ninth career game with two touchdown passes. He did so for the second consecutive week and for the third consecutive contest in which he appeared.
- Completed all eight of his passes for 86 yards in the first quarter, including a 38-yard touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley.
- Found Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for a six-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter.
- Completed a pass to Chig Okonkwo for a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter.
DT JEFFERY SIMMONS
- Tied for second on the defense with eight tackles, including a sack.
- Ended a Colts drive in the fourth quarter with an eight-yard sack of Anthony Richardson on third down.
- Increased his season total to five sacks and increased his career total to 31.5 sacks.
- Surpassed Curley Culp (31.0 sacks) for 13th place among the franchise's all-time sack leaders.
- Secured his fourth consecutive season with at least five sacks.
RB TYJAE SPEARS
- Recorded a team-high 10 rushing attempts for 27 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
- Added 39 yards on three receptions.
- Reached the end zone on an 11-yard rushing attempt in the third quarter and on a two-yard run in the fourth quarter.
- Registered his first career game with multiple rushing touchdowns.
- Increased his season total to four rushing touchdowns and improved his career total to six rushing touchdowns.
- Tallied his third career game with two total touchdowns and his second consecutive game with two total touchdowns after scoring on a rushing attempt and a reception in the previous contest against Cincinnati.
- Became the team's first player with four or more touchdowns in a two-game span since Derrick Henry had four touchdowns from Dec. 3-11, 2023.
- Returned a kickoff a career-best 42 yards in the second quarter. It was the team's longest kickoff return of the season to date. He added a 27-yard kickoff return in the contest.
P RYAN STONEHOUSE
- Averaged 55.3 gross yards and 45.8 net yards on four punts with one punt placed inside the 20.
- Pinned the Colts at their one-yard line with a 60-yard punt in the first quarter. It was the fourth time in his career that he pinned an opponent inside the five-yard line with a punt of 60-plus yards.
- Extended his career-best streak with his 22nd consecutive game with at least one punt of 50-plus yards. He entered the week with the NFL's third-longest active streak of games with a 50-yard punt behind Indianapolis' Rigoberto Sanchez (30) and Las Vegas' AJ Cole (23).
- Logged his 12th career game with multiple punts of 60-plus yards.
WR NICK WESTBROOK-IKHINE
- Totaled 17 yards and a touchdown on two receptions.
- Caught a six-yard touchdown pass from Mason Rudolph in the fourth quarter. It was his ninth touchdown reception of 2024 and his 19th career touchdown reception.
- His nine touchdown receptions in 2024 put him in a tie for the 10th-best total in franchise history.
- Tallied his ninth touchdown reception in an 11-game span.
- Became the team's first player to register a touchdown catch in eight or more games in a season since J. Brown (10) accomplished the feat in 2020.
