- Teamed with Arden Key on a sack of Jayden Daniels in the fourth quarter. Murray was credited with a forced fumble on the play, but the ball was recovered by Washington. It was his second career forced fumble and his first since 2022 as a member of the Los Angeles Chargers.
- Increased his season total to 3.5 sacks (8.5 career) to set a new career high for a season. His previous high was three sacks as a member of the Los Angeles Chargers in 2023.

- Caught two passes for 45 yards.
- During a touchdown drive in the second quarter, he converted a third-and-21 with a 30-yard reception.
- Went over the 5,000-yard receiving mark for his career (5,037).
- Logged his seventh consecutive game with a catch of at least 20 yards to extend his career-best streak. It is the team's third-longest such streak since the beginning of the 2000 campaign behind only a streak of 12 games by Delanie Walker (2015-16) and a streak of 10 games by Kevin Dyson (2001).
DT JEFFERY SIMMONS
- Finished third on the defense and established a career high with nine tackles. His previous career high was seven tackles, which he reached on three different occasions.
- Became the fifth NFL defensive lineman in 2024 with nine-plus tackles in a game, joining Carolina's A'Shawn Robinson (nine at New Orleans, Sept. 8), Cincinnati's Sam Hubbard (nine vs. Baltimore, Oct. 6), New England's Daniel Ekuale (nine vs. Miami, Oct. 6) and Tampa Bay's Vita Vea (10 at Kansas City, Nov. 4).
P RYAN STONEHOUSE
- Averaged 53.3 yards (43.8 net) on four punts. All four of his punts went at least 50 yards.
- Booted a 58-yard punt in the second quarter.
- Recorded his 19th consecutive game with at least one punt of 55-plus yards. He holds the NFL's longest such active streak, which is also the longest streak of his career. It is the third-longest such streak in the NFL since 2000 behind a pair of streaks by Shane Lechler (23 from 2007-09, and 23 from 2010-12).
WR NICK WESTBROOK-IKHINE
- Recorded a team-high 61 yards on three receptions, including a pair of touchdowns.
- Caught a 27-yard touchdown pass from Will Levis in the second quarter, and the duo connected again in the fourth quarter for a 17-yard touchdown.
- Produced his seventh and eighth touchdown receptions in an eight-game span.
- Registered his second career game with two touchdown receptions, matching the career high he set against the Denver Broncos on Nov. 13, 2022.
- Became the team's first player with eight receiving touchdowns over an eight-game span since J. Brown, who most recently had eight touchdown receptions with the Titans from Oct. 13 to Nov. 29, 2020.
- Logged his third consecutive game with at least one touchdown catch.
- Became the team's first player to register a touchdown catch in seven or more games in a season since J. Brown (10) accomplished the feat in 2020.
- Increased his season total to a career-high eight touchdown receptions and improved his career total to 18 touchdown receptions.
- Became the team's first player with eight touchdown catches in a season since J. Brown (11) and Jonnu Smith (eight) accomplished the feat in 2020.
- Joined Ja'Marr Chase (13), Terry McLaurin (nine), Amon-Ra St. Brown (nine) and George Kittle (eight) as the NFL's only players with eight or more touchdown receptions through the early afternoon games of Dec. 1.
LB JAMES WILLIAMS
- Led the team with three total special teams tackles.
- Became the third NFL rookie in 2024 to post three special teams tackles in a game, along with Green Bay's Ty'Ron Hopper (three vs. Arizona, Oct. 13) and Baltimore's Sanoussi Kane (three at Cleveland, Oct. 27).
DB DARYL WORLEY
- Started at safety.
- Led the team and established a career high with 17 total tackles. His previous high for tackles in a game was 12 at Oakland as a member of the Carolina Panthers on Nov. 27, 2016.
- Registered the highest tackle total by a Titans defender (press box statistics) since Akeem Ayers had 17 total stops against Detroit on Sept. 23, 2012.
- Became the second Titans defensive back since the beginning of the 2000 season to be credited with 17 tackles in a game (press box tackle statistics), joining safety Michael Griffin (18 vs. San Diego on Sept. 16, 2012).
- Joined three other NFL players in 2024—and became the first defensive back in 2024—to be credited with 17 or more tackles in a game, along with Indianapolis Colts linebacker Grant Stuard (18 vs. Miami, Oct. 20), Baltimore Ravens linebacker Roquan Smith (18 at Tampa Bay, Oct. 21) and New York Jets linebacker Jamien Sherwood (17 at Arizona, Nov. 10).
