Quick Hits on the Titans From Wednesday of Colts Week

220928-quick-hits

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to ramp up preparations for Sunday's game against the Colts in Indianapolis.

Here's a look at some Titans topics in quick-hitting fashion:

-Titans outside linebacker Bud Dupree, inactive vs the Raiders because of a hip injury, was back on the practice field on Wednesday.

"I am feeling good, man," Dupree said. "I am excited to go out there and practice again. This is going to be a major week, tremendous for me. I am just going to play it day by day."

Dupree was listed as a full participant on the team's Injury Report on Wednesday.

Dupree knows the challenge against quarterback Matt Ryan and the Colts.

The plan, he said, is to make Ryan uncomfortable in the pocket.

"It is a key – being able to be disruptive and being able to have a great unit rush together," Dupree said. "We have to make sure we put pressure on him and get him off his spot.

"This is a big game, a divisional game, so it is going to be a little more chippy. Those guys probably hate us a little bit, and we have to go out there with the same mentality."

-Titans receiver Treylon Burks (illness) did not practice on Wednesday

-Titans safety Amani Hooker (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday.

-Titans tight end Austin Hooper (neck) did not practice on Wednesday. He was spotted running on a side field.

-Titans linebacker Zach Cunningham, who suffered an elbow injury vs the Raiders, did not practice on Wednesday.

-Titans receiver Kyle Philips (shoulder), inactive vs the Raiders, was back on the practice field on Wednesday, decked out in a yellow caution jersey. He was listed as limited on the Injury Report.

-Titans outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi (neck), inactive vs the Raiders, was back on the practice field on Wednesday, decked out in a yellow caution jersey. He was listed as limited on the Injury Report.

-Titans cornerback Kristian Fulton (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's session.

-Titans defensive back Ugo Amadi (ankle), inactive vs the Raiders, was back on the practice field on Wednesday. He was listed as limited on the Injury Report.

Clark has been assigned No. 61.
