NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Here's a look at today's developments:
-Titans Coach Mike Vrabel said after practice that he expects Ryan Tannehill to be the team's No.2 quarterback behind starter Will Levis on Sunday.
Tannehill has been sidelined since the team's October 29 game against the Falcons, when Levis started and Malik Willis served as the No.2 QB. It's been that way ever since since Tannehill was injured vs the Ravens on October 15.
Tannehill said he's recovering from his ankle injury, and said he's feeling better.
"I'm still working my way, trying to get back to 100 percent," Tannehill said on Friday. "But I'm able to move around and at least get some work in in practice. I feel lot better than I have the last few weeks, so we're headed in the right direction."
Now, here's a look at more injury updates from today, as well as other developments:
-Receiver Treylon Burks (concussion) did not practice again on Friday and he's been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Tackle Andre Dillard (concussion) did not practice again on Friday and he's been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting (thumb), limited in practice again on Friday, has also been ruled OUT for Sunday's game.
-Guard Daniel Brunskill (ankle) practiced on a limited basis again today and is listed as QUESTIONABLE.
-Linebacker Luke Gifford (shin) did not practice and is QUESTIONABLE.
-Cornerback Anthony Kendall (hamstring) practiced again today and is good to go.
-Cornerback Eric Garror (neck) practiced again today and is good to go.
-Linebacker Jack Gibbens (shoulder) practiced again today and is good to go.
-Quarterback Ryan Tannehill (ankle) practiced again today and is good to go.
-Safety Mike Brown (ankle) practiced again today and is good to go. Brown remains on Injured Reserve, however.
-Quarterback Will Levis (foot) practiced again today and is good to go.
-Running back Derrick Henry returned to practice today after a rest day on Thursday and is good to go.
-Receiver DeAndre Hopkins returned to practice today after a rest day on Thursday and is good to go.
-The Titans are scheduled to hold a walkthrough in Nashville on Saturday. The Titans will fly to Jacksonville on Saturday afternoon ahead of Sunday's game at Everbank Stadium.
