NASHVILLE – The Titans didn't practice on Thursday, as coach Mike Vrabel adjusted the team's schedule this week and gave players Thanksgiving Day off.

But the team did release an estimated injury report.

Some quick hits on the latest developments …

-Receiver Adam Humphries, who suffered a concussion against the Bengals and has missed the team's last three games against the Bears, Colts, and Ravens, was listed as a limited participant on Thursday after being a full participant in Wednesday's session. Vrabel said Humphries is still working through the concussion protocol and will have to meet with an independent doctor "as we work our way to towards the end of the week."

-Safety Kenny Vaccaro (concussion), was listed as a full participant once again on Thursday. Vrabel said the plan is for Vaccaro to meet with an independent doctor at the end of the week as he works his way through concussion protocol as well.

-Punter Brett Kern, added to the 'Designated for Return' list on Tuesday, returned to practice with the team this week for the first time since suffering a wrist injury at Cincinnati. Kern has missed the team's last three games. This designation opened up a 21-day window for Kern to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve. The Titans plan to evaluate Kern at the end of the week before making a decision on his status for Sunday's game.

-Cornerback Adoree' Jackson, who was activated from Injured Reserve earlier this month after spending three weeks on the team's 'Designated for Return' list, was once again listed with a "Did Not Practice" designation.

-Guard Rodger Saffold (ankle), who missed Sunday's game at Baltimore, was listed as a "limited participant", the same designation he had on Wednesday.

-Receiver A.J. Brown (knee) was listed as a "Did Not Practice" for the second straight day.

-Center Ben Jones (knee) was listed as "limited," the same designation he had after Wednesday's practice.

-Tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee), who has missed the past two games, was listed as a full participant, which is how he was listed after Wednesday's practice.

-Defensive lineman Larrell Murchison (ankle), who did not play vs the Ravens, was also listed a full participant again on Thursday.

-Tackle Dennis Kelly (knee) was listed as "Did Not Practice" once again on Thursday.

-Cornerback Malcolm Butler (rib), was listed as limited in Thursday's practice.

-Running back Darrynton Evans, added to the 'Designated for Return list last week, is in his second week working his way back to action. This designation opened up a 21-day window for Evans to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

-The Colts released their second Injury Report on Thursday and it looked like this: C Ryan Kelly (neck), G Quenton Nelson (back/ankle), LB Bobby Okereke (ankle), WR Zach Pascal (knee/foot), QB Philip Rivers (toe) and S Khari Willis (ribs/shoulders) did not practice on Thursday. S Julian Blackmon (illness), DE Justin Houston (not injury related), CB Rock Ya-Sin (illness), CB Isaiah Rodgers (knee), T Braden Smith (thumb), TE Noah Togiai (knee) and LB Anthony Waller (ribs) are all listed on the Injury Report, but all were full participants in Thursday's session.

-The Colts placed defensive tackle DeForest Buckner on the Reserve/COVID-19 List on Wednesday.

-The Titans are scheduled to practice on Friday before traveling to Indianapolis on Saturday for Sunday's game vs the Colts.
