NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday to continue preparations for Sunday's game vs the Dolphins at Nissan Stadium.
Some quick hits on the Titans after Wednesday's session:
-Titans linebacker David Long Jr. returned to the practice field on Wednesday.
Long, who started eight of the team's first nine games, hasn't played since the November 7 game against the Rams.
Long was listed as a full participant on the Injury Report.
-Titans left tackle Taylor Lewan, activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list earlier in the day, was back at practice.
Prior to being placed on the COVID list, Lewan sat out practices last week – and missed Thursday's game vs the 49ers – with a back injury.
Lewan was listed as a full participant on the Injury Report.
-Defensive lineman Larrell Murchison, who has missed the past two games with a knee injury, returned to practice on Wednesday.
Murchison was listed as a full participant.
-Offensive lineman Aaron Brewer (toe) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
-Cornerback Jackrabbit Jenkins (ankle) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
-Outside linebacker Harold Landry (hamstring) was limited in Wednesday's practice.
-Offensive lineman Corey Levin (illness) did not practice.
-Linebacker Jayon Brown, defensive lineman Denico Autry, right guard Nate Davis, tackle Kendall Lamm, receiver Julio Jones, defensive back Buster Skrine, outside linebacker Bud Dupree and receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and practice squad receiver Cody Hollister and practice squad cornerback Briean Boddy-Calhoun are all on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and did not practice on Wednesday.
-Former Vanderbilt receiver Caleb Scott, signed to the practice squad earlier on Wednesday, was introduced to the team by head coach Mike Vrabel in the huddle before practice.
Scott, decked out in No,83, then practiced with the team.
-The Dolphins released their initial Injury Report on Wednesday, and it looked like this: G/T Jesse Davis (knee), RB Phillip Lindsay (ankle) and TE Adam Shaheen (knee) all practiced in full on Wednesday.
-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Thursday and Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday, ahead of Sunday's game. Kickoff is set for noon at Nissan Stadium.
-In addition to Titans HC Mike Vrabel, quarterback Ryan Tannehill, cornerback Kristian Fulton, safety Kevin Byard, defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, guard Rodger Saffold, linebacker Zach Cunningham and defensive lineman Teair Tart all talked to reporters before Wednesday's practice.
