NASHVILLE – The Titans were back on the practice field on Thursday to ramp up preparations for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.
Some quick hits on the latest developments …
-Titans receiver A.J. Brown (knee) did not practice.
-Titans outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney (knee) did not practice.
-Titans defensive lineman DaQuan Jones (foot) did not practice.
-Titans cornerback Chris Milton (foot) did not practice.
-Titans linebacker Nick Dzubnar (shoulder), defensive back Chris Jackson (hamstring), cornerback Johnathan Joseph (hamstring), defensive back Joshua Kalu (shoulder), tackle Dennis Kelly (groin), tackle Taylor Lewan (shoulder), running back Jeremy McNichols (ribs), defensive lineman Larrell Murchison (ankle), tight end Jonnu Smith (quad), safety Kenny Vaccaro (hamstring/calf), receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (hamstring), and cornerback Malcolm Butler (quad) all appeared on the Injury Report at the start of the week, but all were on the practice field Thursday and listed as limited participants.
-Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons and receiver Adam Humphries, elevated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list this week, were back on the practice field, along with receiver Cameron Batson, who was also elevated from the COVID list. Cornerback Kristian Fulton, who was elevated from the COVID list but was among the team's inactives against the Bills, practiced as well.
-Safety Dane Cruikshank was back on the practice field for the first time this season. Earlier on Thursday, the Titans moved Cruikshank to the 'Designated for Return' list. This designation will open up a three-week window for Cruikshank to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from injured reserve.
-Cornerback Adoree' Jackson, who remains on Injured Reserve with a knee injury, worked on a side field.
-The Titans are scheduled to practice again on Friday before holding a walkthrough on Saturday.
