NASHVILLE – The Titans just wrapped up practice on Wednesday at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
Some quick hits on the latest developments …
-New Titans outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney was on the practice field for the first time with his new teammates. Clowney, decked out in No.99, spent the early portion of practice working with OLBs coach Shane Bowen and other outside linebackers.
-Outside linebacker Vic Beasley, moved from the Non-Football Injury list to the active roster over the weekend, was on the field and in uniform for the first time as well. After stretch, Beasley worked one-on-one with Titans head coach Mike Vrabel.
-Kicker Stephen Gostkowski, signed by the team last week, was on the practice field for the first time with his teammates as well. Gostkowski, formerly with the Patriots, finished his COVID-19 testing protocols at the end of last week.
--Linebacker Derick Roberson and offensive lineman Jamil Douglas did not practice.
-The Titans began their preparations for Monday's season opener against the Broncos. The team is scheduled to practice again on Thursday, Friday and Saturday leading up to Monday's contest. The team is scheduled to practice from 12:20-2 p.m. on Thursday.
