Quick Hits After Friday's Titans Practice

201204-humphries

NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Friday to wrap up preparations for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns.

Some quick hits on the latest developments …

-Receiver Adam Humphries, who suffered a concussion against the Bengals and has missed the team's last four games, practiced in full once again on Friday and it sounds like he'll return to action on Sunday.

Titans Coach Mike Vrabel said Humphries has passed through concussion protocol.

"You know how seriously we take any injury, but certainly one that would involve going through and working through the concussion protocol," Vrabel said on Friday. "We don't put any timetable on them, but (Adam) has been cleared and we're hopeful and excited for him to play in the football game."

-Cornerback Adoree' Jackson, who was activated from Injured Reserve last month after spending three weeks on the team's 'Designated for Return' list, did not practice again on Friday and he's been ruled out for Sunday.

-Tight end Jonnu Smith (knee) has also been ruled out for Sunday after missing practice for the third straight day on Friday.

-Receiver A.J. Brown (hip) practiced in full on Friday and is good to go.

-Outside linebacker Harold Landry (illness) returned to practice in full on Friday after missing on Thursday and he's also good to go.

-Tackle Isaiah Wilson (illness) did not practice for the second day on a row on Friday and he's been ruled out for Sunday's game. Wilson, the team's first round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, played for the first time last week against the Colts.

-Tight end MyCole Pruitt (knee) practiced on Friday in full and he's good to go.

-Guard Rodger Saffold (ankle) did not practice for the third straight day on Friday and he's listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

-Defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons (knee) did not practice again on Friday and he's listed as questionable for Sunday's game. Simmons practiced on a limited basis on Thursday.

-Running back D'Onta Foreman (knee) practiced in full again on Friday and is good to go.

-Tight end Anthony Firkser (not injury related) returned to practice on Friday after missing the previous two days and he's good to go.

-Right tackle Dennis Kelly (knee) returned to practice on Friday after missing on Thursday and he's good to go.

-Fullback Khari Blasingame, listed as limited in Thursday's session with a shoulder injury, practiced on Friday in full and he's good to go.

-Running back Darrynton Evans, added to the 'Designated for Return list last month, is in his third week working his way back to action. This designation opened up a 21-day window for Evans to practice with the team, and he will not count against the team's 53-man roster until being activated from Injured Reserve.

-Cornerback Kristian Fulton, added to the 'Designated for Return' list on November 24, was spotted at today's practice as well.

-The Browns released their final Injury Report on Friday and it looked like this: CB Denzel Ward (calf), WR KhaDarel Hodge (hamstring), and WR Taywan Taylor (neck) are out for Sunday's game. C Nick Harris (ankle) and DT Vincent Taylor (knee) are listed as questionable.

-The Titans are scheduled to hold a walk through on Saturday leading up to Sunday's game vs the Browns.
