NASHVILLE – The Titans returned to the practice field on Wednesday at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park to continue preparations for Sunday's game at the Houston Texans.
Here's a look at today's developments:
-Titans defensive lineman T'Vondre Sweat turned in one the most dominating performances of his rookie season on Sunday against the Vikings.
Sweat was credited with five QB pressures in the game.
"That was definitely one of better games this year," Sweat said on Wednesday. "Now I just have put it past me and keep going."
Sweat, who has tallied 35 tackles, 13 pressures and three tackles for a loss this season, said the game is starting to slow down for him, and he's getting more comfortable.
On Sunday, he'll return to the Houston, which he calls home, and he'll get a chance to play in front of family and friends at NRG Stadium, a place he's played in high school, and in college at Texas.
"It would be a great spot to get my first sack," Sweat said. "Because my big momma is going to be there. It will be awesome. … I haven't gotten any sacks this year, and I'm ready to get my first one this weekend.
"But, everybody knows I'm a run stopper. … And a big part of our game plan this weekend will be to stop the run."
