NASHVILLE – The Titans completed a first-round virtual interview on Monday with Packers Vice President of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan for the team's General Manager position.

More interviews are expected in the coming days.

Sullivan was promoted to vice president of player personnel with the Packers in 2022, after spending four seasons (2018-21) as the team's co-director of player personnel.

Sullivan also spent two seasons (2016-17) as director of college scouting with the team.

Sullivan first joined the Packers in 2004 as the team's National Football Scouting representative after interning for the Packers during the 2003 training camp. He served as a college scout covering the Central Plains (2008-11) and Southeast (2012-15) regions.

He's the son of Jerry Sullivan, a longtime NFL and college coach who retired in 2021 after more than 40 years of coaching.

Last Tuesday, Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk made the decision to part ways with general manager Ran Carthon, who was hired prior to the 2023 season.

Chad Brinker, the Titans president of football operations, is running the search for the new GM.

The plan is to interview a large number of candidates, including personnel evaluators across the NFL.

On Friday, the Titans interviewed Dolphins Senior Personnel Executive Reggie McKenzie, former Falcons GM Thomas Demitroff and Buccaneers Assistant General Manager John Spytek.

Then, Colts Assistant GM Ed Dodds, Seahawks Senior Director of Player Personnel Matt Berry, Bills Director of Player Personnel Terrance Gray, Browns Assistant GM & VP of Football Operations Catherine Hickman and Bears Assistant General Manager Ian Cunninghan all interviewed on Saturday.

Chiefs Assistant General Manager Mike Borgonzi interviewed for the position on Sunday.

After the first round of interviews, additional interviews are expected to be conducted with those advancing in the process as the team looks to identify its next general manager.
