NASHVILLE – The Titans completed an in-person interview on Thursday with Packers Vice President of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan for the team's General Manager position.
The Titans previously conducted a virtual interview with Sullivan over the weekend.
In-person interviews with other candidates will continue in the coming days.
Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk, President and CEO Burke Nihill, President of Football Operations Chad Brinker, head coach Brian Callahan and others on the team's football staff are among those involved in the in-person interviews at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park.
Sullivan was promoted to vice president of player personnel with the Packers in 2022, after spending four seasons (2018-21) as the team's co-director of player personnel.
Sullivan also spent two seasons (2016-17) as director of college scouting with the team.
Sullivan first joined the Packers in 2004 as the team's National Football Scouting representative after interning for the Packers during the 2003 training camp. He served as a college scout covering the Central Plains (2008-11) and Southeast (2012-15) regions.
He's the son of Jerry Sullivan, a longtime NFL and college coach who retired in 2021 after more than 40 years of coaching.
Along with Sullivan, the Titans previously conducted first-round virtual interviews with Dolphins Senior Personnel Executive Reggie McKenzie, former Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff, Buccaneers Assistant General Manager John Spytek, Seahawks Senior Director of Player Personnel Matt Berry, Colts Assistant GM Ed Dodds, Bills Director of Player Personnel Terrance Gray, Browns Assistant GM & VP of Football Operations Catherine Hickman, Bears Assistant General Manager Ian Cunningham, Chiefs Assistant General Manager Mike Borgonzi.
The Titans also had in-person interviews with Ed Dodds and Terrance Gray on Tuesday, with Mike Borgonzi and Ian Cunningham on Wednesday, along with an in-person interview with John Spytek earlier on Thursday.
