Here's the link to submit questions: CLICK HERE.

Steven Crosio from Toms River, New Jersey
Question: Hey there Jim. With Harold Landry given permission to seek a trade does that increase the chances that Tennessee Titans will draft Abdul Carter with the No. 1 overall pick?

Jim: Hey Steven. The Titans were always going to be looking to add edge rushers, with or without Harold Landry on the roster. It doesn't necessarily mean it has to come at the top of the NFL Draft. (For those who missed it, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported last week the Titans have granted Landry permission to seek a trade).

Manny Swisher from Paola, Kansas
Question: Hi Jim. I would like to know if the Titans will pick Cam Ward he does put up some good stats not gonna lie. One thing to say about the Titans is Will Levis (isn't good) and that's coming from a Titans fan too. Look as long as we get rid of him will be set. We already have Ridley and plus Pollard we be set and there probably more to it than just one player like the coaches.

Jim: Hey Manny. The Titans are learning as much as they can about Cam Ward, and others. It's still early in the process. Most team officials just met him for the first time at the NFL Combine. As for Levis, I agree he's made too many mistakes and hasn't played well enough to keep the decision-makers from looking for other options. But he's hardly been the only problem over the past two years. Remember, the Titans had Ridley and Pollard last year, too, and went 3-14.

Eric Koehler from Las Vegas, Nevada
Question: Really appreciate all you do! Not sure what the draft plans are but if they don't go with a QB, would Joe Milton be on the board for a trade? It's a very small sample size but he looked the part in the one game he played.

Jim: Someone suggested in here recently the Titans should offer a first-round pick for Milton, who was drafted in the sixth-round last year. I thought it was an early April Fools joke. Milton looked good in a meaningless Week 18 contest against Bills backups. He's hardly proven to be an answer at this point. He remains a project, one I'm assuming the Patriots will try to develop.

Casey Flynn from Burbank, California
Question: Yo Jim! I'm not gonna be a Titans fan after the draft. I don't have it in me to watch the new era and see them pass up on Cam Ward (insert: "But no decision has been made yet," yeah, I know.", whatever. That's not the point. Anyway, that's not the point and not why I'm writing. While the team was generally bad, you guys who covered the team were a good thing. I will not miss the team but I will miss you guys covering the team, for sure. The Titans don't deserve you guys. God bless you.

Jim: So, does this mean you're going to be a fan of the team that picks Cam Ward? I just don't get this thought process, Casey.

Joshua Ebel from New Market, Tennessee
Question: A lot going on lately. Combine, Free agency, Draft. We got a new GM, and there is QB talk. My question is bigger and more important than all of that. Shoes to fill bigger than the coach, GM or Owner.... Who will fill Mike Keith's shoes? I was hoping to hear candidates, interview prospects, ect. I want to see who can do the best , "Toooouch Down Tennessee!" Do we get to vote? In all seriousness, who will make that call and when do you expect that hire will be made?

Jim: Hey Joshua. The team is still in the hiring process for Mike's job. I heard the team initially had 140-plus applications, or at least that many who expressed interest. It's my understanding that group has been trimmed to maybe a half dozen. There's a committee in charge of making the hire (I'm not on it), but I haven't heard a timetable. I think it depends on how the interviews go. Stay tuned.

Robert Andrews from Levittown, Maryland
Question: Hey Jim. I'm excited for what free agency starts, it will show which direction we're leaning towards. I like every choice either draft a QB trade back get more picks an still maybe draft one or sign one. But what's really interesting is Harold Landry. I've seen reports suggesting Ravens or Eagles but I think there may be one I think may be the runner up and that's the Pats. They have 2 3rd round picks they could easily give up the 69th or 77th for him and they have the cap space with an est 131 mil. Also he is familiar with Vrabel. What are your thoughts on it?

Jim: Harold's contract complicates things a bit in Tennessee, and elsewhere. I don't know how other teams view him from a compensation standpoint. I guess we're all going to find out.

Tommy Henley from Cookeville, Tennessee
Question: Hello Jim, hope all is well first time in a while I've spoken. All I can say is wow we need play makers in a lot of positions, but my opinion I'm really stuck on Sheduer, although alot are saying Ward, but I just think this kid can help win a lot of games I mean I've watched his preparation pregame an there exciting to watch, but, myself I think alot of players would be wanting to come to Tennessee just play with him for just who he is. Have you watched the Chris Carter video how he was talking so highly on SheduerBuild him a good OL, an some weapons around em,I really think he'll amaze fans, I also like the WR for Miami Xzavier P. But thanks for letting me share Jim let's pray Titians hit big on all of there picks hope to hear back Titian Up!!

Jim: Good to hear from you, Tommy. We have votes for Cam Ward, Abdul Carter, Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders in here.

Lamont Thomas from Chattanooga, Tennessee
Question: The Titans are looking at making cuts, why is Treylon Burks not being mentioned and not on top of the list? This guy has underperformed his whole time with team/organization!

Jim: Treylon is recovering from a torn ACL right now, Lamont. The team has more pressing issues to figure out right now.

Jim Williams from Lubbock, Texas
Question: Hi Jim. Let's hope the Titans use their first pick in the draft to select an impact player. An impact player is one who is a threat to make a game-changing play on every snap. Abdul Carter would be my pick. He has the potential to be for the Titans what Aidan Hutchinson is for the Lions. The Titans need a lot more pieces to become a winning team, but Carter would be a great guy to start with.

Jim: Time will tell, Jim. Carter's a really good player, and a lot of folks like him. But there are other impact players in this draft as well.

Sonny Wolfenbarger from Knoxville, Tennessee
Question: Why do you think Bill Callahan is struggling to get this young, but potentially great Offensive line to work together and execute as a single unit in unison?

Jim: Hey Sonny. Bill Callahan is not struggling. The guy didn't come here and all of a sudden forget how to coach. Get him some better players and I bet the unit improves.

Pamela Smith from Nashville, Tennessee
Question: Hi Jim. I am a loyal Titans Fan and my flag is still flying at my home. I have yet to have anyone answer my question. It sounds ridiculous to so many fans, apparently.
BUT, we have Levis as our QB for now. Why not work with him to improve on the errors and train him as our QB for years to come. Every QB, has many errors they work through them. It can take years to make an Elite QB. LOOK at McNair and many others. This jumping all over the board and rebuilds is not working. Levis, is fast, strong, healthy, and Young!! Titans, usually give up on players and that success goes to a different team. Supply any QB, with the right O,L seems most urgent. Letting him go & watch him explode, for another team! Just curious???

Jim: Hi Pamela. Up to this point, the GM and HC have both said they're going to give Will Levis a chance to compete for the job in 2025. But it's early March, and a lot of things still fall in the "to be determined" category. What if the team signs a proven veteran in free agency? What if the team is quiet in free agency and then picks Ward or Sanders in the draft? How would Levis fit with veteran or the first-round pick in the QB room? I wonder about these things. Levis has been given an opportunity the past two years, and he's made too many mistakes. That's really why the team is evaluating QBs this offseason. On March 4, the reality is there are a number of directions the team could go.

Trout Dawg from Long Beach, California
Question: Can you please stop the team from bringing in Darnold ? Please draft Hunter he has juice and we need some. I remember PAC Man winning games for us at corner. The defensive player of the year this season was a corner. Abdul Carter seems small to me ? Sneed and Hunter on the outside ? Roger Mac, Brownlee in there somewhere ? Hunter in the red zone at WR with Big Jeff at fullback,, LOL. I don't know who plays QB ? But Hunter will get us on TV and sell some merch,, he is going to be a first ballot HOF. If not Hunter just take Ward ,, he does make things look easy.
Titan Up !!
And bababooeey to you"all
Thx Jim ,,it's always fun reading all about all our stupid opinions ⚔️🤙🏽

Jim: Hey Trout Dawg. I give Pacman credit for helping the team win that Giants game in 2006, but let's not give him too much credit for winning a lot of games here. He was a talented player, but his impact wasn't nearly as big as it could've been. As for Hunter, I like him a lot myself. But I like some others, too. I'm not committing to anyone yet.

Mitch Wilson from Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Question: Looking, at the top six draft positions, the Titans are in a great position to trade back and pick up more top three round picks and a 2026 first round pick. Cleveland wants an edge player and Carter is a generational player. The Giants amd Raiders need a QB in the worst way. Either of th top wo QB picks woukd be agood pick for them. The Patriots want an OT or CB. Jaguars need a DL. You could argue the Titans need them all. Due to their poor O-Line, the Titans don't really know if they need a QB or not. They know they need improved QB play. But they really have not been able to isolate the QB enough to see if Randolph or Levis has what they need to be a franchise QB. Even phenominal QBs like Patrick Mahomes have trouble performing when their O-line doesn't hold up to the opposing pass rush. Given that and the lack of depth at the QB in this years draft (much better for 2026 draft class), the Titans are in a prime position to trade back and still get a generational player for the team.. Despite the list of team needs including everything from edge to QB, CB and WR as high team needs, the Titans number one need is a left tackle. They could also use an IOL. Unless they improve play on both sides of the n0-line their success is going to be limited. They need additional depth in the O-line.. If they could pick up an OT and Donovan Jackson , a guard, who can play OT, they met both requirements.. Understanding that drafts are a very fluid environment, here's what I hope the Titans shoot for: 1). trade back in the draft with the goal of increasing the number of top three round draft picks this year and picking up a 2026 first round draft pick. With two first round draft picks next year, they will be able to get a great QB prospect next year or trade 2 first round picks to get who they want. 2). If the Browns, Giants, Patriots, Jaguars and or Raiders don't want to trade then pick away. ith the understanding that the edge draft class is much deeper this year and you really don't know if you need a QB and it's easier to get a quality Free Agent QB if you have a good O-line. Any of the top six in the draft would be a great pick if you really believe that Levis and Randolph don't have what it takes despite the pitiful O-line they played behind this year. Minus the QBs, any of the top six are generational players if past performance is any indicator. Ward and Sanders both have the potential to excel in the NFL with a decent O-line in font of them. Titans can either incrementally trade back and still maybe get their number one pick while getting a guarantee for the future (2026 first round pick) and helping the immediate future with more top three round picks. If they pick number one and take a player, they will improve in that position. With no third round pick, they will only have marginal improvement across the board.. TheTitans need better play out of their QB. The jury is still out whether they can get that by improving the O-line. (I think they can.). They had one of the top pass defenses in the NFL so I don't buy that they need a CB as a top pick. They have a quality and deep receiving corps that was impacted by QB and O-line play very negatively so a WR or TE is not a top need. If they could get both in one pick (Hunter), it might be worth the impact. However, Losing Hunter, if he goes both ways, doubles the impact to the team if he gets hurt or doesn't pan out (very unlikely). The fact is you really don't know if you need a QB or not. Mahomes (Superbowl), Tannenhill, Levis, Randolph and Willis all failed behind an O-line that could not stand up to the pass rush. I don't see anyone arguing that the Chiefs need a new QB. Willis, traded in favor of keeping Levis, beat Levis behind a better O-line. Carter, Hunter, Graham or Campbell will contribute to the team greatly. With depth at the edge position and with the belief that OT, Edge, and IOL being the most important position, I hope the Titans go after a quality left tackle and Donovan Jackson with the goal of starting him at guard with the understanding that he can move over to tackle when needed. Latham needs to move back to right tackle where he is a more natural fit. Pick up an edge player in a later round/pick because there is much more depth at edge in this draft class. If you really think we need another QB you can gamble a later round pick on someone who might be a bargain with little loss if they don't prove out. If no one wants to anti-up enough to get draft #1, pick away where yiu thain the risk is the lowest. Ward, Sanders and the Buckeye QB are the safest bets at QB. Dart is the biggest gamble with potentially the highest payoff but I don't believe you gain anything over Levis/Randolph with Dart. The Buckeye QB doesn't improve QB play unless he he shows something more than I saw when he played last year. At QB judgement is the question for Levis and Randolph. Would Sanders and/or Ward's judgement be markedly better behind a porous (Titan) O-line. If you think so, then you have your decision. What do you think Jim?

Jim: Hey Mitch. I'm going to need a few days to think about all this…

Have a great week everyone!
