NASHVILLE – Titans receiver Treylon Burks could be headed to Injured Reserve.
Burks suffered a knee injury in Wednesday's practice, and he was added to the team's Injury Report. Burks did not practice on Thursday or Friday.
On Friday, Coach Brian Callahan ruled Burks out for Sunday's game against the Bills while also addressing his outlook for the rest of the season.
"We're working through it," Callahan said of Burks. "It will be some time, no matter what. How long, we'll see. We're not totally sure yet.
"It is potential for (IR), for an extended amount of time. We're just waiting on some final word from the doctors and all that, on what that's going to look like. But I would expect him to miss some time."
A first-round pick of the Titans in the 2022 NFL Draft, Burks has played in five games this season, with two starts.
In five games, Burks tallied four catches for 34 yards. He made a fourth-down catch in the team's game against the Colts this past Sunday.
In 27 career NFL games, including 17 starts, Burks has totaled 53 catches for 699 yards and a touchdown.
Callahan also ruled out running back Tyjae Spears and defensive lineman Keondre Coburn for Sunday's game at the Buffalo Bills.
