NASHVILLE – The Titans have signed receiver Chris Conley off Kansas City's practice squad and on to the team's 53-man roster.
Conley, a third-round draft pick by the Chiefs in the 2015 NFL Draft, has played with the Chiefs, Jaguars, and Texans during his NFL career.
To make room on the roster, the Titans placed receiver Kyle Philips on Injured Reserve. Philips suffered a hamstring injury in Friday's practice, and he was among the team's inactives on Sunday vs the Colts.
Conley joins receivers Robert Woods, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Cody Hollister on the active roster. The Titans also have receivers Mason Kinsey, Dez Fitzpatrick and C.J. Board on their practice squad.
Philips joined fellow 2022 draft pick Treylon Burks on IR.
In 102 career games, Conley has 213 catches for 2,807 yards and 15 touchdowns. Conley played in two games for the Texans in 2022, but he didn't record a catch. Conley's best season came in 2019 with the Jaguars, as he caught 47 passes for 775 yards and five touchdowns that season.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Conley played in college at Georgia, where he tallied 76 catches for 1,938 yards and 20 touchdowns.
The Titans face the Texans on Sunday in Houston.
