TEAM NOTES
- The Titans played a third consecutive road game and ended a seven-week stretch in which they made a total of one appearance at Nissan Stadium. Other than the single home contest—a win against Atlanta on Oct. 29—the span included four road contests, one game in London and a bye. Moving forward, five of their final seven games will be at home, beginning with a clash against the Carolina Panthers next week (Nov. 26). The Titans are 3-0 at Nissan Stadium this season.
- Excluding a final one-play, kneel-down drive at the end of the game, the Titans offense finished the contest with two consecutive touchdown drives.
- The Titans' 14 points in the second half tied for their second-highest output of the season.
- The Titans defense limited the Jaguars to four third-down conversions on 12 attempts. The 33.3-percent conversion rate was the fourth-lowest mark for a Titans opponent through 10 games in 2023.

S MIKE BROWN
- Set a career high with two total tackles on defense.
S TERRELL EDMUNDS
- Tallied four tackles, including a sack, and added a stop on special teams.
- Credited with a one-yard sack of Trevor Lawrence in the second quarter after he forced the quarterback out of bounds. It was his first sack of the season and the sixth sack of his career.
RB DERRICK HENRY
- Tied for the team lead with 38 rushing yards on 10 attempts. He added one reception for six yards.
- Helped set up a Titans touchdown with a 16-yard rushing attempt in the fourth quarter.
WR DeANDRE HOPKINS
- Led the team with four receptions and 59 receiving yards, including a touchdown.
- Caught a 43-yard touchdown pass from Will Levis on the final play of the third quarter. It was his fourth touchdown reception of 2023 and his 75th career touchdown reception. He became the 40th player in NFL history with 75 or more touchdown catches.
- Extended his active streak to 155 consecutive games with a reception—every game he has played since he entered the NFL. It is the longest active streak in the NFL. Hopkins' streak is the fourth-longest in NFL history to begin a career behind only Marvin Harrison (190 consecutive games), Keyshawn Johnson (167) and Marshall Faulk (158).
OLB HAROLD LANDRY III
- Tied for second on the team with six total tackles.
QB WILL LEVIS
- Registered his fourth career start and completed 13 of 17 passes for 158 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. His passer rating was 143.8, which was his highest through four starts (20 attempts needed to qualify for single-game records).
- Became the fifth rookie quarterback in franchise history to start at least four games, joining Dan Pastorini (1971), Vince Young (2006), Zach Mettenberger (2014) and Marcus Mariota (2015).
- Connected with DeAndre Hopkins on a 43-yard touchdown pass on the final play of the third quarter.
- Tossed a two-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter to defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons.
- Improved his season totals to 73 completions, 857 yards and six touchdowns with two interceptions and an 89.4 passer rating through four games.
WR CHRIS MOORE
- Led the Titans with 87 scrimmage yards, including 38 rushing yards and 49 receiving yards. His scrimmage yardage total was the third-best figure of his career.
- Hauled in a 49-yard pass from Will Levis to help set up a Titans touchdown in the fourth quarter. It tied for his longest reception of the season and tied for the third-longest catch of his career.
- His third reception of the season of 40-plus yards tied for the fifth-highest total in the NFL in 2023.
- Rushed for a 38-yard gain on a reverse in the first quarter. It was the longest rushing attempt of his career.
LB MONTY RICE
- Led the defense with eight tackles, including a tackle for loss.
DT JEFFERY SIMMONS
- Tallied two tackles, including a tackle for loss.
- Also lined up on the offensive side of the ball and scored a touchdown on the first reception of his career—a two-yard touchdown reception on a pass from Will Levis in the fourth quarter.
- Became the Titans' first primarily-defensive player with a touchdown reception since safety Dane Cruikshank's touchdown catch on a fake punt against the Houston Texans on Sept. 16, 2018.
- Became the NFL's first defensive lineman with a touchdown reception since Miami's Christian Wilkerson against the New York Jets on Dec. 19, 2021.
- Also served as a lead back on offense for Derrick Henry's fourth-and-one conversion on a five-yard run in the second quarter.
- Helped stall a Jaguars drive in the second quarter with a one-yard tackle for loss on Travis Etienne on third-and-one.
RB TYJAE SPEARS
- Totaled 14 rushing yards on four attempts, two receptions for 12 yards, and four kickoff returns for 81 yards (20.3 avg.).
P RYAN STONEHOUSE
- Averaged 53.5 gross yards and 48.5 net yards on four punts with two punts placed inside the 20.
- His 48.5-yard net average tied for the 10th-best single-game figure in team history (minimum four punts).
- Booted a 61-yard punt in the first quarter.
- Punted 73 yards for a touchback in the third quarter to record the second-longest punt of his career.
NT TEAIR TART
- Posted three tackles, including a tackle for loss.
S K'VON WALLACE
- Logged his first start in a Titans uniform, opening the contest at safety.
- Tied for second on the team with six tackles.
OLB RASHAD WEAVER
- Posted two tackles, including a tackle for loss.
