NASHVILLE – The Titans have done some additional roster shuffling leading up to the start of the 2020 season.
On Sunday, the Titans added running back Senorise Perry and cornerback Chris Milton to the team's active roster. Both players went through training camp with the Titans and were released on Saturday.
Also, the Titans placed safety Dane Cruikshank on Injured Reserve, while placing tackle Isaiah Wilson back on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Under the NFL's new Injured Reserve rules, a player can be recalled to the active roster after three games, which means Cruikshank would be eligible to return following Tennessee's game versus Minnesota on September 27.
Wilson, the team's first-round pick, began training camp on the team's Reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Reserve/COVID-19 list was created for a player who either tests positive for COVID-19 or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons. Clubs may not disclose whether the player is in quarantine or is positive for COVID-19. Under the rules for Reserve/COVID-19, teams are required to address the player's roster status once that player has fulfilled the protocol for their circumstance.
