NASHVILLE – The Titans activated punter Brett Kern from Injured Reserve on Saturday, clearing the way for his return on Sunday vs the Colts.
A three-time Pro Bowler, Kern has missed the team's last three games because of a wrist injury he suffered on November 1 at Cincinnati.
It was one of a number of roster moves on Saturday by the Titans, who also activated cornerback Tye Smith from Injured Reserve while also activating linebacker David Long from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Titans also promoted long snapper Matt Overton from the practice squad to the active roster.
But that's not all.
Also, on Saturday:
-Linebacker Will Compton has been activated from the practice squad for Sunday's game.
-Linebacker Tuzar Skipper has been activated from the practice squad as a COVID-19 replacement.
-Defensive back Chris Jackson has been moved to the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Kickoff for Sunday's game against the Colts is noon CST at Lucas Oil Stadium.
