NASHVILLE – The Titans made a number of roster moves on Tuesday.
Among them: Outside linebacker Derick Roberson has been activated from Injured Reserve.
Roberson, in his third NFL season, will add depth and competition at the position heading into Sunday's game against the Texans.
Roberson played in the season opener against Cardinals, but he hasn't played since. He was placed on IR before the team's October 3 game against the Jets. In 2020, Roberson appeared in eight games with one start, and he totaled six tackles, four quarterback pressures, one passed defensed and one forced fumble. Roberson had three sacks in three regular season games in 2019, and he also played in all three of the team's playoff contest.
The Titans also signed linebacker Dylan Cole to the team's active roster on Tuesday.
Cole forced a fumble on a kickoff in the team's win over the Saints this past Sunday after he was a gameday elevation from the practice squad.
The Titans initially signed Cole to the practice squad on Oct. 13, 2021. The 6-foot, 237-pounder appeared in 37 regular season games with one start and recorded 67 tackles, one sack, two interceptions, one touchdown, five tackles for loss and one fumble recovery in four years with Houston (2017-20). Cole originally entered the NFL after signing with Houston as an undrafted college free agent in 2017.
Lastly, the Titans on Tuesday signed receiver Cody Hollister to the team's practice squad.
Hollister spent each of the past two seasons with the Titans, playing in five games. Hollister was with the team in training camp this season before suffering an injury.
Kickoff for Sunday's game against the Texans at Nissan Stadium is set for noon.
