NASHVILLE – The Titans have made a number of roster moves heading into Sunday's game vs the New Orleans Saints.
Among them: Cornerback Kristian Fulton has been activated from Injured Reserve, and he's eligible to return to action for the first since being injured on October 10 vs the Jaguars. Fulton practiced with the team throughout the week.
Also on Saturday:
-The Titans placed receiver Julio Jones and safety Dane Cruikshank on Injured Reserve.
Jones was placed on the Injury Report after Thursday's practice with a hamstring injury after not being on the report at the start of the week. Jones, who has played in six of the team's nine games so far this season, will be required to miss at least three games while on IR. Cruikshank didn't practiced all week because of a knee injury.
-The Titans signed receiver Dez Fitzpatrick to the team's active roster.
Fitzpatrick, a fourth-round draft pick by the team in the 2021 NFL Draft, has been on the practice squad since the beginning of the season.
Titans head coach Mike Vrabel raved about Fitzpatrick this week.
"There is some momentum there," Vrabel said of Fitzpatrick on Wednesday. "I guess it wasn't the Rams week, I think it would have been the Colts week, he was show team player of the week on offense and on special teams. That is a two for one (special) and those are hard to come by. I think that is something that we have to continue to take advantage of and try to find roles for him. Have him keep working like everybody else that is either on our roster or on our practice squad, and that is our challenge."
Lastly, linebacker Dylan Cole and defensive lineman Kyle Peko will be gameday elevations for Sunday's game. Both players will revert back to the practice squad after the game.
Kickoff for Sunday's game at Nissan Stadium is set for noon.
