Meet Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt at Macy's Cool Springs on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 2 p.m. |
Fans will be able to meet with the Titans' rookie wide receiver when they make an in-store purchase on Saturday and present their receipt at the Titans' Pep Rally.
This is the fourth year Macy's has hosted the annual Community Shopping Day to benefit the Nashville March of Dimes. A portion of sales from Macy's stores in Cool Springs, Hickory Hollow, Rivergate, and Green Hills will benefit Nashville March of Dimes.
In addition to meeting Britt, Titans fans will be able to visit with Titans cheerleaders and T-Rac as well as play on a Titans inflatable game outside the store.
Britt was the Titans' first round draft pick (30th overall) out of Rutgers in last April's NFL Draft. He currently ranks fourth on the team in receptions (20) and second in receiving yards (257) through Tennessee's first eight games.
During his three-year career at Rutgers, Britt set the Big East record with 3,043 receiving yards and became the school's all-time leader in touchdown receptions (17), consecutive 100-yard receiving games (5), career 100-yard receiving games (14), single-season receiving yards (1,371 in 2008) and single-season receptions (87 in 2008).
In his final collegiate season as a junior, Britt was named third-team All-American after ranking second in the nation with 114.3 receiving yards per game.
