Britt enjoyed a career day, catching seven passes for 128 yards, while scoring the game-winning touchdown as time expired on a 10-yard pass from Vince Young.
The catch capped an 18-play, 99-yard drive that used up the final 2 minutes, 37 seconds on the clock and kept the Titans on their historic rebound from an 0-6 start with their fifth straight win. Britt twice caught passes on fourth down to keep the drive alive.
The rookie from Rutgers hauled in a 51-yard pass in the fourth quarter that put him over 100 yards receiving for the second time in his career. Britt is now tied with Chris Johnson for the team lead with 33 receptions and leads the squad with 521 receiving yards in 2009.
Other candidates include Ravens LB Paul Kruger, Vikings WR Percy Harvin, Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno and Cardinals PR/KR Rod Stephens-Howling.
