NASHVILLE – The Titans have waived kicker Ryan Santoso from the team's 53-man roster.
The team did not immediately add a replacement for Santoso on the roster, but a move is expected within the next 24 hours.
The Titans currently have kicker Ryan Succop on the roster, and he's handled field goals and extra points since being activated from Injured Reserve before the team's November 3 contest against the Panthers.
Succop is 1-of-6 on the season, and he had a kick blocked in the team's game against the Texans on Sunday. Succop has made 24 of his 25 extra point attempts.
Santoso was signed by the Titans on November 27, and he handled kickoffs for the team in games against the Raiders, Colts and Texans. Santoso produced nine touchbacks on his 16 kickoffs.
Also on Tuesday, the Titans added cornerback Kareem Orr back to the team's practice squad. Orr, who played at Chattanooga, was waived over the weekend when the team promoted defensive lineman Joey Ivie from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.
The Titans face the Saints on Sunday at Nissan Stadium.
