NASHVILLE, Tenn. —The Tennessee Titans are hosting a pre-draft party for fans that will include Titans General Manager Jon Robinson, Head Coach Mike Mularkey, QB Marcus Mariota, RB DeMarco Murray, former Titans S Blaine Bishop and WR Kevin Dyson; and emceed by voice of the Titans Mike Keith.
This unique and first of its kind event for the franchise will allow fans to hear from key decision-makers prior to the NFL Draft and hear stories from the players and front office about their own draft experiences.
The event will take place on Tuesday, April 19th at Acme Feed & Seed from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. Tickets will include appetizers, heavy hors d'oeuvres and drink vouchers. A limited number of tickets for $100 per person are available at the Titans website (www.titansonline.com/predraftparty).
Proceeds from the event will benefit Nashville's Sexual Assault Center, in recognition of sexual assault awareness month. Autographs and photos of the players at the event can't be guaranteed for those attending, but will be available as time permits.
"We are excited to bring a unique opportunity to our fans as they will hear about our draft process and get stories from our players about their draft experiences," said Titans Director of Community Relations Tina Tuggle. "The idea for this event came from our alumni gathering we had back in February to meet Jon and Mike. Guys started trading draft day stories and every player has their own story to tell. It will be a fun event for our fans in a fairly intimate setting and we are thrilled to add a charity component to raise funds and awareness for the Nashville Sexual Assault Center."
