NASHVILLE – A pair of Titans have been named to the Pro Football Writers Association's All-Rookie team – tight end Chig Okonkwo and punter Ryan Stonehouse.
Okonkwo, a fourth round draft pick of the team from Maryland, finished the 2022 season with 32 catches for 450 yards and three touchdowns.
Stonehouse, signed as an undrafted free agent from Colorado State, finished the 2022 season with a gross average of 53.10 yards per punt (90 punts for 4,779 yards). Stonehouse broke Sammy Baugh's single-season NFL record of 51.40 yards per punt, which was established in 1940 and was never matched among qualifiers (2.5 punts per team game) until Stonehouse's rookie campaign.
The rookie team was chosen in voting conducted by the Professional Football Writers of America (PFWA).
