TITANS STATEMENT FROM SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT STEVE UNDERWOOD
"With the water now receding, we were able to do a preliminary assessment at LP Field this morning and are able to report that at this point the damage appears to be minor. There was about two inches of ground water in the majority of the service level spaces, but most of the water was diverted to the playing surface. Any replacement costs will be covered by insurance and will start as soon as possible. Our staff and Metro employees and government who worked tirelessly together deserve our thanks.
Baptist Sports Park, our practice facility, has not had any damage to this point.
In the big picture, we have been relatively unscathed compared to the thousands who have lost so much.
Lastly, we have had a number of inquiries about the season ticket deadline. We have pushed back the deadline and will be communicating with our season ticketholders when the power is restored."
