NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The Tennessee Titans have signed TE Brett Brackett to their active roster from the practice squad. The team placed T Michael Roos on injured reserve (knee) to make room on the roster.
Brackett (6-5, 246) joined the Titans practice squad on September 9, after spending training camp this year with the Miami Dolphins. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Dolphins in 2011. He has logged time with Jacksonville, Philadelphia and Arizona, but hasn't played in a regular season NFL game.
Brackett played in 52 games at Penn State and totaled 56 career receptions for 714 yards and seven touchdowns.
