NASHVILLE, Tenn. – At the start of the team's rookie minicamp, the Titans have officially signed four of their nine draft picks.
The list includes Chattanooga offensive lineman Corey Levin, the team's sixth-round pick, and all three of the seventh-round selections: Texas Christian linebacker Josh Carraway, Villanova tackle Brad Seaton and California running back Khalfani Muhammad.
Levin, selected 217th overall, played guard and tackle at Chattanooga, where he was a three-time All-America performer and a two-time winner of the SoCon Jacobs Blocking Award.
Levin started 51 games in his career, including 45 games in a row. Three of the top-5 rushing totals in school history came while Levin was a starter on the offensive line.
Carraway, selected 227th overall, was a first-team All-Big 12 performer in 2016, and earned trips to the Senior Bowl and the NFL Combine. He had three sacks in a game against Kansas, and had eight sacks on the season. Carraway totaled 43 games during his college career, and 17 sacks in his final two seasons for the Horned Frogs.
Seaton, a 6-foot-8, 330-pounder who was selected 236th overall, was a regular starter on the offensive line for Villanova.
"They told me size and athleticism and someone who is willing to compete (is what they're looking for)," Seaton, who visited Saint Thomas Sports Park last month, said during the NFL Draft. "I absolutely loved (my visit), everything the team stood for, the competitiveness. Everything about the program was top-notch and it fits my character and my personal beliefs, me as a football player. It is a great fit for me."
Muhammad (5-7, 174), selected 241st overall, rushed for 2,073 yards on 359 carries during his career at Cal. He finished his career with 14 touchdowns, and also had 55 catches for 571 receiving yards.
He played in all 45 games at Cal from 2013-16, and ranked second on Cal's all-time list in kick returns (87) and kick return yards (1,931). His 4,375 career all-purpose yards are third in school history.
All the players are scheduled to take part in this weekend's three-day rookie minicamp at Saint Thomas Sports Park.
