NASHVILLE -- Fans attending Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers are invited to bring non-perishable food items to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. Volunteers will be stationed outside Nissan Stadium beginning at 1 p.m., CT and will accept donations until kickoff at 3:05 p.m., CT.
One in eight Middle Tennesseans, including one in six children, struggle with hunger daily. Each week, Second Harvest distributes 600,000 pounds of food across their 46-county service area. In 2018, Second Harvest provided more than 28 million meals to hungry children, families, and seniors in Middle Tennessee.
