This Sunday, while the Tennessee Titans celebrate the NFL initiative 'My Cause My Cleats' with nearly 40 players and coaches raising awareness for impactful causes, Titans staff members will participate in 'My Cause My Sneaks' by wearing their own custom shoes in support of chosen nonprofit organizations.

'My Cause My Sneaks' is a unique take on the NFL initiative offered to players and coaches. To engage staff and encourage nonprofit support across the business, the organization purchased sneakers for all staff members, who then customized their own pair of Nike Air Force Ones with the cause of their choice. Staff members teamed up with Nashville nonprofit and Titans ONE Community partner, Creative Girls Rock®, to help them design their specialty sneaks.

"This Sunday, Titans staff will represent a combined 85 nonprofit organizations raising awareness and additional support for extremely important causes throughout our city and beyond," said Tina Ruffin, Titans Vice President & DEI Officer. "My Cause My Cleats is a beloved NFL tradition we look forward to each season, and engaging our awesome business staff was a natural evolution of the initiative's impact."

Titans staff selected nonprofit organizations including Backfield in Motion, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Corner to Corner, Nashville Humane Association, Second Harvest Food Bank, Youth Villages, Special Olympics of Middle Tennessee, Thistle Farms and many more.
