NASHVILLE – Titans lineman Nicholas Petit-Frere has passed a physical and been removed from the team's Physically Unable to Perform list.
Petit-Frere is now eligible to return to practice.
Petit-Frere was placed on PUP before the start of training camp. He missed the first five practices of camp while rehabbing a knee injury that required a medical procedure.
A third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Petit-Frere will now enter the competition for the starting job at right tackle.
In his first two NFL seasons, Petit-Frere has played in 19 games, with 18 starts. A total of 17 of those starts came at right tackle, including 16 in 2022. Petit-Frere only played in three games, with two starts, during a 2023 season when he dealt with a suspension, and an injury.
The Titans are on the field for a walk-through this morning. The team's next open practice is set for Saturday morning.
