NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans elevated WR Michael Preston from their practice squad and waived C/G Kevin Matthews from their 53-man roster on Saturday.
Preston appeared in four games earlier this season before being moved back to the practice squad after Tennessee's game at Seattle. He also appeared in the final four games of 2012 after spending the first part of the season and 2011 on the practice squad.
Preston has six career catches for 63 yards and is able to play on special teams.
Matthews rejoined the Titans in November but did not play in the past three games. Matthews has played in 17 games with Tennessee since 2010, including 14 last season.
