NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Titans have promoted linebacker Nigel Harris from the practice squad to the team's 53-man roster.
To make room, the Titans placed running back David Fluellen on Injured Reserve.
Harris spent time with the Chargers, Giants, Buccaneers and Cardinals before joining the Titans. He's played in eight career NFL games since 2017, and recorded 12 tackles.
Harris joins outside linebackers Derrick Morgan, Brian Orakpo, Harold Landry, Kamalei Correa and Sharif Finch on the roster, although Orakpo and Finch are currently injured and have been ruled out for Saturday.
Fluellen suffered a knee injury in the team's November 11 game against the Patriots, and he's been inactive the past five games. He finished the 2018 season with 16 rushing yards on four carries while playing in seven games, primarily on special teams.
The Titans face the Redskins on Saturday at Nissan Stadium.
