Titans Promote DB Tre Avery to 53-Man Roster, Add RB Joshua Kelley to the Practice Squad

Siemian, 32, has played in 40 career games, with 33 starts, and he's thrown for 7,751 yards with 44 touchdowns and 32 interceptions. He has a 15-18 record as a starter.

Ojukwu was inactive the first three games of this season before playing five snaps against the Dolphins in Week 4. 

The Titans have also signed defensive lineman McTelvin Agim to the team's practice squad.

Lynch, initially signed to the team's practice squad, was a gameday elevation for the Titans in Sunday's opener vs the Bears. He logged seven snaps on the contest.

Gifford, who initially joined the Titans last offseason, played in 11 games for the team in 2023, primarily on special teams.

Baker (6-1, 190) has played in 17 games in his NFL career, including six starts last season for the Colts.

A third-round of the Titans in the 2021 NFL Draft, Molden played in 33 games, with 16 starts, and he recorded 137 tackles and two interceptions.

Gray, the team's third-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of North Carolina, has been dealing should a shoulder injury. The injury is nerve-related, Coach Brian Callahan said previously.

Teams are allowed to sign 16 players to the practice squad. All of the players signed today were with the team in training camp.

Also on Wednesday, the Titans waived tight end Nick Vannett and edge rusher Rashad Weaver.

The 24-year-old Jones has tallied 320 tackles with 5.5 sacks and three interceptions in his career. He recorded a career-high 145 tackles, including 14 for a loss, in 2023 while also racking up 4.5 sacks.
