NASHVILLE – The Titans were awarded linebacker Curtis Jacobs off waivers on Monday.
Jacobs played in nine games, with two starts, in 2024 with the New England Patriots and he was credited with four tackles.
The Patriots released Jacobs on Friday.
Jacobs, initially signed as an undrafted free agent with the Chiefs, played 136 snaps on special teams.
Jacobs played in college at Penn State.
