Titans Make a Flurry of Roster Moves Ahead of Sunday's Game vs the Patriots

Gray, the team's fourth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of North Carolina, practiced with the team over the past three weeks after the team opened his return to practice window.

Receiver Mason Kinsey, cornerback Gabe Jeudy-Lally and tackle John Ojukwu have been promoted to the active roster.

In exchange for Hopkins, the Titans will receive a conditional fifth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft that could become a fourth-round pick.

Baker, a third-round pick of the Miami Dolphins in the 2018 NFL Draft, has tallied 618 tackles, 23.5 sacks, five interceptions and one fumble recovery in seven NFL seasons.

Also on Saturday, the Titans announced quarterback Trevor Siemian and defensive back Gabe Jeudy-Lally will be gameday elevation for Sunday's game.

Adams, placed on the Reserve/Non-Football Injury list over the weekend, is officially being released by the team.

Kelley will provide extra depth following the hamstring injury suffered by Titans running back Tyjae Spears on Sunday. Kelley, who played in college at UCLA, has rushed for 1,148 yards and six touchdowns while playing with the Chargers and Giants in the NFL.

Siemian, 32, has played in 40 career games, with 33 starts, and he's thrown for 7,751 yards with 44 touchdowns and 32 interceptions. He has a 15-18 record as a starter.

Ojukwu was inactive the first three games of this season before playing five snaps against the Dolphins in Week 4. 

The Titans have also signed defensive lineman McTelvin Agim to the team's practice squad.
