This flashback isn't going too far back but is an opportunity to revisit a franchise-record 94-yard run by Chris Johnson and a **season-high four interceptions and five takeaways** by Tennessee's defense in a game at LP Field on Monday Night Football.

Days after a tragic school shooting in Connecticut, Chris Johnson wrote the names of the victims and "RIP SHES" for Sandy Hook Elementary School on his shoes. Both teams and the crowd held a somber moment of silence before the game, and **Johnson delivered a memorable moment** when he found an opening on the offensive line and won the footrace to the other end of the field for a 7-3 Titans lead in the second quarter. Johnson later auctioned the shoes to raise nearly $10,000 for victims' families.
Jason McCourty recorded an interception in the second quarter and added another on the Jets' first possession of the third quarter.
After the Jets claimed a 10-7 lead on a 17-yard pass from Mark Sanchez to Jeff Cumberland with 3:25 left in the third quarter, the Titans answered with a touchdown by marching 64 yards on seven plays.
A 35-yard kickoff return by Darius Reynaud gave Tennessee the ball at its own 36-yard line. Jake Locker connected with Michael Preston for a 21-yard completion, with Nate Washington for a gain of 12 and with Kendall Wright for 13 yards. Two plays later, Locker scored from 13 yards on a designed run to the left side of the offensive line for a 14-10 lead with 20 seconds left in the third quarter.
Locker finished 13-of-22 passing for 149 yards and a passer rating of 79.5. He added 43 rushing yards on seven carries. Johnson ended with 122 yards on 20 carries, and Washington led the Titans with four catches for 62 yards.
Tennessee's defense did the heavy lifting in the fourth quarter. Michael Griffin intercepted Sanchez at the Tennessee 24 midway through the period and intercepted him again at the 2-yard line on the first play after the two-minute warning.
The Titans, however, were unable to run out the clock and the Jets got the ball back at the Tennessee 25 with 47 seconds remaining.
Sanchez, however, fumbled the shotgun snap, and Bilal Powell inadvertently kicked the ball within reach of Titans linebacker Zach Brown, who also led the Titans with two sacks.
Akeem Ayers and and Derrick Morgan also recorded sacks, and the Titans' defense had six tackles for loss, six quarterback hits and passes defensed.
Sanchez finished 13-of-28 passing for 131 yards and a passer rating of 32.6, which was lower than Tim Tebow's 39.6 rating off 0-for-1 passing with a sack.
Shonn Greene rushed 13 times for 68 yards, impressing the Titans, who signed Greene as a free agent this offseason. Greene is recovering from a knee procedure and will miss the shot to go against his former team.
