Windstream and Mitel have a long history of success together and have collaborated to provide one of the most robust Cloud-based voice communications solutions available today.  Unified Communications as a service (UCaaS) is a leading edge technology offering true Enterprise Class PBX Functionality with rich applications - plus the security of being a Cloud based solution. The luncheon was an introduction of the Windstream/Mitel UCaaS platform to the Nashville business community.

"As Cloud Data has changed the way businesses operate over the past few years, Cloud Voice promises to be a major platform for business communications." said Dennis Williams, senior account executive for Windstream.

Cloud based or "hosted" voice platforms have been available for a few years.  The challenge with these platforms is that they do not offer the applications Enterprise level businesses have become reliant on to effectively operate.  By partnering with a proven IP PBX manufacturer like Mitel and combining that technology with Windstream's network and data center operations, Windstream is able to meet the evolving voice needs of their clients.

Along with the ability to deploy cloud based contact center, BYOD and collaboration applications, Windstream's UCaaS platform offers:  Rapid service deployment, lower cost and lower risk implementation, centralized or outsourced management and better disaster recovery.

"Windstream is an industry leader in this space and we are happy to assist them any way we can as they help us learn more about new, emerging technologies to support our business as well."  said Brad McClanahan, Titans director of marketing.

Titans cheerleaders, Hannah and Jennifer stopped by to sign autographs and posed for pictures.
