NASHVILLE, Tenn. –The Tennessee Titans Foundation is offering fans the opportunity to enjoy a fantasy game day experience at the Titans' 2010 regular season opener versus the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, Sept. 12th (12:00 p.m. CDT) at LP Field.
The package for four (4) includes:
• Four (4) premium club-level seats for the sold-out game.
• Behind-the-scenes tour of LP Field (press box, sound/TV booth, post-game interview room and field). Note: Field Access can only be given to those over 12 years of age.
• On-field opportunity to watch warm-ups and the pre-game festivities from the player's vantage point.
• One parking pass * *
The money raised during the auction will benefit the Tennessee Titans Foundation, which serves non-profit agencies throughout the state of Tennessee.
"We have offered similar experiences in previous years and there has always been a lot of interest in the package," said team owner K.S. "Bud" Adams, Jr. " It's a win-win for everyone…the fans have a great time and the money raised for the Titans Foundation allows us to make significant contributions to non-profit organizations throughout the state."
Bidding opens August 23 and will be open for 14 days, closing on Sept. 7, 2010.
The Tennessee Titans Foundation was established in 1999 with an initial gift from Mr. & Mrs. Adams of $500,000. The foundation offers financial support and other resources to non-profit organizations throughout Tennessee. Since the team relocated to Tennessee in 1997, combined charitable gifts from Mr. & Mrs. Adams, the Titans Foundation, the Titans and NFL Charities is approximately $17 million!
Notes: Kickoff scheduled for 12 noon CST on Sunday, September 12, 2010. Due to National Football League regulations, entry into the locker rooms is not permitted. The Titans require compliance with their "no autograph" policy during the tour. Still photographs are allowed and encouraged.
