Titans Finalize Personnel Department for 2018

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans announced two promotions and one addition to the scouting staff today. Ryan Cowden was promoted to Vice President of Player Personnel, following two seasons as the Titans Director of Player Personnel. He joined the Titans from the Carolina Panthers, where he spent 16 seasons. Additionally, the team promoted Kevin Turks to Assistant Director of Pro Scouting and added Rob Riederer as a scouting assistant.
