NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans are working hard at adding help on defense. They have drafted defensive lineman Karl Klug of Iowa.
The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Klug is versatile and can play end or tackle. He was second-team All-Big Ten by coaches and media and was picked to play in the East-West Shrine Game.
Klug started all 13 games in 2010 at defensive tackle with 29 solo tackles and 28 assists. He led Iowa with 13 tackles for loss and had 5{ sacks.
Tennessee now has used four of its first six picks on defense.
