NASHVILLE – The Titans claimed former Colts defensive back Chris Milton off waivers on Monday.
Milton was waived by the Colts on Sunday.
To make room on the team's 53-man roster, the Titans placed defensive back Joshua Kalu on Injured Reserve.
Milton (5-11, 190), signed with the Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2016, has played in 35 games over the past three seasons. He's tallied 28 tackles over three seasons, doing most of his work on special teams, where he's had success on coverage teams.
Milton played collegiately at Georgia Tech, where he played in 53 games, with 33 starts. At Georgia Tech, Milton recorded 96 tackles, three tackles for loss, one forced fumble, 14 passes defensed and five interceptions.
The Titans face the Browns on Sunday in Cleveland.
