The Tennessee Titans claimed CB Tyler Patmon off waivers from the Miami Dolphins.
Patmon (5-10, 188) has two years and 24 games of NFL experience, playing for both the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins. Last season, he played in a total of 13 games between the Cowboys (11 games with 2 starts) and Dolphins (2 games). Combined between the two teams, he totaled 11 tackles and six passes defensed in 2015. As a rookie for the Cowboys, Patmon played in 11 games, tallying one interception and five special teams stops. He joined the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Dallas from Oklahoma State in 2014. He played his first three seasons at the University of Kansas, before playing his final season at Oklahoma State. Combined during his college career, he recorded 33 starts at corner and posted 172 tackles, 31 pass breakups, seven interceptions and two defensive touchdowns.
