What is your current job outside of cheering for the Tennessee Titans?

I teach English as a Second Language!

What is your favorite movie?

The Jungle Book (animated version!)

What actress would play you in a movie?

Angela Bassett or Tika Sumpter

Where is the next place you would like to travel?

London for the Titans game of course!! I think Trinidad and Tobago would be an awesome stop on the way home from London, too.

Who would you want to see in concert?

Wow, there are too many to choose just one! If I could pick anyone in history, I would definitely want to see Michael Jackson perform.

What is your favorite Nashville activity?

I love visiting the Tennessee State Museum in my free time. I learn something new every time I visit, and they have free admission!

Any other fun hobbies we should know about?

I love to watch nature documentaries. Planet Earth is an all-time FAVORITE!

What is your life motto?

Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance!

Do you have a secret super power?

Giving unsolicited advice…lol!

Who has been the greatest influence on your life?

Family has always been extremely important to me, so I would say my parents, grandparents and great grandparents have had the biggest influence on my life.

What is your favorite way to break a sweat?

HIIT (High-intensity interval training) or circuit training with my personal trainer Mr. Miracle!

What is your favorite memory as a Titans Cheerleader?

Even after 4 years as a TTC, hearing my name and number called at TTC Final Auditions never gets old!

What have you gained from this cheer opportunity within the NFL?

Lifelong friends, family, and a huge international network of people.

What is it like to be a woman in the NFL?

It's incredible! NFL Cheerleading provides me with the ability to be a mentor to young girls and women, and serve as an ambassador for the Tennessee Titans to fans all over the world! I cherish my role, and I wouldn't change it for anything. And, let's not forget our controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk; she's a perfect illustration of all that I strive to be (intelligent, strong, engaging, and more). She has "righted the ship" since becoming our controlling owner, and I am proud to be a part of such a pivotal time in Tennessee Titans history!

Why do you cheer?

I choose to cheer to prove it is possible to have "beauty and brains" and to be an athlete. I absolutely love sports and consider myself the team 'hype-man'; I enjoy seeing others succeed. Cheerleading allows me to be successful in my own right while supporting others in their athletic endeavors. Cheerleading truly is a hidden gem that has the ability to stretch you mentally, physically and emotionally. I cheer because it gives you a remarkable network of lifelong friendships and teaches the unique value of teamwork. Cheerleading requires 100% commitment from everyone, or the team is unable to succeed. Cheerleaders move as a unit. There is no single super star; everyone has to learn to shine together!
