NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Titans Cheerleaders Jena, Ashley, Ann P., Brintley, and Stefanie recently joined a number of local sponsors, hundreds of volunteers, and thousands of attendees at Bridgestone Arena for the 12th Annual Mayor's First Day Festival, celebrating the beginning of the 2011-12 school year.

The annual event included free educational activities, entertainment, a performance by the Whites Creek High School marching band, informational booths and most importantly, free school supplies. The festival is designed to inform parents and prepare students for the upcoming school year.
The cheerleaders spent time greeting fans, students, parents and administrators while they passed out spiral notebooks, posed for photos and signed autographs for fans.
"It was a wonderful time," said Jena, a three year veteran Titans cheerleader making her first appearance at the Mayor's First Day Event. "I was amazed at the amount of people attending today's event and even more amazed at how much the students enjoyed us being here!"
