NASHVILLE – The Titans have agreed to terms with third-round pick Nate Davis.
Davis, who played three years at guard and a year at tackle in college at Charlotte, was selected with the 82nd pick overall in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Davis (6-3, 311) made 37 career starts over 40-game career at Charlotte. He was a Senior Bowl and NFL Combine invitee who was named the 49ers' best offensive player for 2018 by Super Bowl nation.
After being drafted, Davis said he hoped to compete for a starting spot in Tennessee. He's been working with the veterans in the team's OTAs.
"That's my goal, to come in here and earn the respect in the locker room, the older guys and the vets," Davis said. "I just have to do what I do and hopefully I can earn that spot."
The Titans have now agreed to terms with five of their six picks from the NFL Draft. Receiver A.J. Brown, the team's second-round pick from Ole Miss, is the only unsigned player.
