NASHVILLE – The Titans have agreed to terms with defensive lineman Frank Herron.
Herron (6-4, 312) has spent time with the Patriots and Seahawks in the NFL after playing collegiately at LSU. Prior to that he played at Memphis Central High School, where he was rated as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com and PrepStar and as a four star by ESPN.com, 247Sports, and Scout.com.
Herron initially signed as an undrafted free agent with the Patriots last May, and spent the 2018 season on the practice squads of the Seahawks and Patriots. Herron was on New England's practice squad when the team won Super Bowl LIII.
Herron was waived by the Patriots earlier this month.
Herron made 67 tackles, two sacks, three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery in his four-year career at LSU.
On Tuesday, the Titans waived defensive lineman Dee Liner.
