NASHVILLE – The Titans agreed to terms with linebacker James Folston, Jr. on Monday morning.
To make room on the 90-man roster, the team waived/injured former University of Tennessee linebacker Jordan Williams, who was signed earlier this month.
The 6-foot-4, 250-pound Folston, who signed with the Arizona Cardinals after going undrafted, played in 41 games and started in five during his college career at Pittsburgh, where he tallied 47 tackles, 3.5 tackles for losses and 1.5 sacks.
Folston's father, James, spent eight years in the NFL, including five with the Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders (1994-98) and three with the Arizona Cardinals (1999-2001)
The Titans return to the practice field on Monday morning.
