Titans Activate OLB Ola Adeniyi from Injured Reserve, Waive Kicker Caleb Shudak

Ola

NASHVILLE – The Titans have activated outside linebacker Ola Adeniyi from Injured Reserve ahead of Sunday's game vs the Eagles.

Adeniyi returned to practice earlier in the week, which opened his 21-day window to be activated.

Also on Saturday, the Titans released kicker Caleb Shudak, who kicked in the team's game against the Bengals last Sunday.

Shudak's release sets the stage for kicker Randy Bullock to return to action after missing the past two games with a calf injury.

Also on Saturday, the Titans announced defensive back Davontae Harris and running back Julius Chestnut will be game day elevations from the practice squad for Sunday's game.

Meanwhile, running back Hassan Haskins has been downgraded to OUT after being placed on the Injury Report on Friday with a hip injury.

Adeniyi has missed the last nine games since being placed on Injured Reserve with a neck injury back in September.

In the team's first two games, Adeniyi was credited with a tackle and two quarterback pressures while also playing on special teams.

In 2021, Adeniyi posted career-bests with 2.5 sacks, 20 quarterback pressures and 10 special teams tackles in his first season with the Titans.

Adeniyi joined the Titans as a free agent in 2021 after spending his first three seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Kickoff for Sunday's game against the Eagles in Philadelphia is set for noon CST.
